• Enrolment is confirmed only after full or agreed payment.
• Accurate student and parent information must be provided.
• Akuresse Podi Hamuduruwo reserves the right to accept or decline enrolments.
• Placement tests may be required for certain programmes.

• Fees must be paid on or before the due date.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with Akuresse Podi Hamuduruwo's Refund Policy and will be issued only to the original payment method used.
• Missed classes are not refundable.
• Special arrangements must be approved by us in advance.

Students are expected to:

• Attend classes regularly and on time.
• Follow classroom rules and instructions.
• Show respect to teachers and fellow students.

We reserve the right to take appropriate action in cases of misconduct.

For online classes:

• Stable internet access is the responsibility of the student.
• Class links must not be shared.
• Recording of classes without permission is strictly prohibited.
• Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the session.

Use of materials:

• All worksheets, lesson content, videos, and materials are the property of Akuresse Podi Hamuduruwo.
• Materials may not be copied, shared, or distributed without permission.

By enrolling, parents acknowledge that photos or videos may be taken during classes or events for academy use.

Requests for exclusion or removal can be made in writing.

• Class schedules may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Substitute teachers may be assigned when required.
• We will inform parents of changes in advance where possible.

Akuresse Podi Hamuduruwo is not responsible for:

• Technical issues during online classes that are outside our control.
• Loss of access caused by the student's device, network, or software.
• Circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Akuresse Podi Hamuduruwo reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
